Exhibit Space Rates:

USD 40 - 3 Feb through 10 March 2025

USD 41 - after 10 March 2025

Exhibit Space Includes:

Standard booth draping (8-ft. high drape back wall and 3-ft. side rails – in linear space ONLY) and an identification sign (11 x 17 inch) listing Exhibitor name and booth number will be provided to all indoor linear Exhibit Space.
Five Complimentary Exhibitor Registrations per 100 square feet of Exhibit Space to be used for staff working the booth.
20 complimentary Guest Invites - Invite partners and customers to join you at ATCE!
Exhibitor listing in official online Conference Program, show APP and show website.
Shipping/ Drayage and Nightly Booth Cleaning are not included in the cost of your booth space.

Important Dates and Deadlines

50% Deposit Due with contract and/or received no later than 3 February 2025
100 % Balance Due no later than 1 May 2025

If you are new to exhibiting with SPE, please take a moment to provide us with a few details. Once your details have been submitted and reviewed, a sales representative will reach out to you directly.

RETURNING EXHIBITORS

Review the Terms and Conditions carefully.
Space is priced at USD 39, 40, and 41 USD per square foot (Dependent on date contract submitted.)
Reference the Live Floor Plan to view booth availability- (subject to change)
Select five (5) preferred locations
Complete and submit the Online Exhibit Space Contract
