Please be aware that Maritz is the ONLY official housing provider for SPE and ATCE 2026. If you are contacted by any other individual or company offering housing, they are not authorized and may be attempting to scam you.

Already Registered? Follow These Simple Steps to Add Housing to Your Registration

  1. Select the BLUE Edit Existing Registration button on attendee landing page.
  2. Enter the email address and password used for registration.
  3. Select Hotel Reservation on the Dashboard.
  4. Enter dates for stay and search for hotel.
  5. Select hotel, View Rooms and Reserve
  6. Add and save guests
  7. Guarantee the room. Rooms are not held without a guarantee.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Note: Hotel cancellation policies vary.  Please refer to your individual hotel confirmation for a specific cancellation policy.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card valid through November 2026.

Cancellation, No-Show Policy & Early Departure Fee

  • Cancellations made 3 or more days prior to arrival: No penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival: A fee equal to one (1) night’s room rate + applicable tax will be charged.
  • No-show: Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge of one (1) night’s room rate + applicable tax, and the reservation will be canceled.
  • Early Departure: Should a guest depart prior to the confirmed departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge an early departure fee. Guests are encouraged to confirm their departure date before or during check in to avoid this fee.

Changes and cancellations may be made through Maritz until Wednesday, September 23, 2026. 

Between September 24 to September 27, reservation information will be transferred to the hotel and no changes or cancellations may be made.

**Please note the hotel will be charging a one (1) night’s deposit after the reservations have been added to their system.

Beginning Monday, September 28, 2026, you may contact the hotel directly for any changes or cancellations.

  **It is up to the hotel's availability if they are able to extend the group rate for any additional nights needed.

Please note that most hotels now charge a hold on your card for incidentals upon arrival. This is at the hotel’s discretion, which will be released when you check out, as long as nothing has been charged (parking, meals, etc.) to your room or damages assessed.

Note: When booking hotel arrangements, you have many options, but some can be time-consuming and the benefits don’t always pay off. Maritz is the official housing and travel coordinator for ATCE. No other hotel/housing provider is authorized to contact you on behalf of ATCE. We will vigorously pursue these other companies to prevent unauthorized contact.

From the North or Bush (IAH) Airport

  • Take I-45 South toward Downtown Houston.

  • Exit at McKinney Street (Exit 47C) and follow signs to Downtown.

  • Turn left on Avenida de las Americas; the George R. Brown Convention Center will be on your left.

From the South or Hobby (HOU) Airport

  • Take I-45 North toward Downtown Houston.

  • Exit at Scott Street/Downtown Destinations (Exit 45).

  • Follow signs to Downtown via Pease Street, then turn left on Avenida de las Americas to reach the George R. Brown Convention Center.

From the East

  • Take I-10 West toward Downtown Houston.

  • Merge onto US-59 South and exit at Polk Street.

  • Turn right on Avenida de las Americas; the George R. Brown Convention Center will be on your right.

From the West

  • Take I-10 East toward Downtown Houston.

  • Merge onto I-45 South, then exit at McKinney Street (Exit 47C).

  • Turn left on Avenida de las Americas; the George R. Brown Convention Center will be on your left.
