You can visit any Pre-Registered Badge Pickup kiosk. If you received a confirmation after registering, you can scan it at the pre-registered kiosks located in the registration area. If you have not pre-registered, please proceed to on-site registration in foyer outside Halls B&C, Level 1, GRBCC. 

You must have a government-issued driver’s license, passport, or other photo identification to pick up your badge holder or register. 

On-site registration is open the following hours

SPE Members get complimentary access to the exhibit hall only, no access to the technical sessions will be allowed.  

Complimentary registration is available with a Guest Card. Guest Cards are available from exhibitors only and can be completed online. 

As an SPE member, you get a complimentary pass to the exhibition hall. If you are not a member yet, you have the opportunity to join now. Please Note: This pass does not include access to the technical program. Learn more about the free access pass here.

The digital conference program lists all exhibitors and includes a floor plan. 

Exhibitor registration is located in the foyer of Halls B&C.  You can find booth numbers in the digital conference program.

Yes, visit us in the SPE Pavilion Booth 1023 in the Exhibit Hall for your charging needs. 

Yes, to reserve this room, please visit ATCE Show Office, room 350DE, Level 3, GRBCC. 

There are two FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers conveniently located across the street from the building, both accessible via skybridge. One is located in the Hilton Americas-Houston and the other in the Marriott Marquis. 

There are 3 permanent restaurants at the GRBCC (Pappadeaux, Saltgrass and the Grotto) as well as a Starbucks on the 2nd level.  There are also multiple restaurants within walking distance of the convention center. There is also a food court in the exhibit hall. 

Lost and found is in ATCE Show Office, room 350DE, Level 3, GRBCC. 

• Opening General Session is in the Grand Ballroom AB, Level 3.  

• Strategic Panels sessions are located in 370BCEF, Level 3 

• Special Sessions are located on the Exhibit Floor, Level 1 

• Technical Sessions are located on Level 3. 

• ePosters are located on the Exhibit Floor, Level 1, Hall B

Please refer to your conference program for the exact room number in the convention center of the session that you wish to attend. Signs will lead you to the room that you need.

The Annual Banquet will be held at GRBCC, Grand Ballroom C, Level 3.  The reception is complimentary, but the banquet requires a ticket - Purchase tickets here.  Due to space restrictions, No tickets will be sold at the door.  

Speaker Check-In and Speaker Practice are located in room 360BD, Level 3.
